CyberMaxx is a fast-growing company looking to add a process-driven, detail-oriented Business Development Representative Intern to our rock-star marketing team. You’ll be responsible for providing the operational support needed to drive pipeline progression while also getting a chance to prove yourself as a full-time BDR candidate. We provide a fun, energetic environment with a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. This is a perfect position for anyone looking to take their career to the next level! We have an office in the Nashville area, but the majority of our team is fully remote.

The Intern role is a 3-month period for you to learn the ropes and hit your quota. If successful, you’ll have an opportunity to join the full-time BDR team with future growth opportunities.

  • Maintain scalable processes that ensure successful lead generation and management
  • Proactively research potential leads and prospects based on CyberMaxx’s target personas
  • Analyze, add, and sync contacts and accounts into Hubspot
  • Add and run warm prospects through Hubspot sequences to prep prospects for sales outreach
  • Bring new prospecting ideas to the table to help improve results


  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Coachable and willing to learn quickly
  • Strong ability to work independently while supporting a team
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Process-driven
  • Ability to hit tight deadlines and complete tasks on time
  • Experience with any of the following software is a big plus: Hubspot, Seamless AI/ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a good understanding of Excel


  • Compensation (depending on experience): $15-20 an hour
  • If you transition to a full-time BDR role, your hourly pay will increase to the equivalent of $45-50k per year along with benefits and a variable compensation plan based on your performance
