Collaborate with end users and other stake holders to define and manage product roadmaps, feature development, and product maintenance.
Identify and document business cases, requirements and manage the entire solution planning cycle.
Work with development groups during the development cycle to ensure the product meets customer requirements and perform the right tradeoffs and prioritization.
Coordinates presentation, communication, and implementation of all phases of product development
Iterate quickly and see the products through to production and scale.
Act as voice of the customer ensuring customer needs are met and value is delivered to customer.
Order items in the Product Backlog to best achieve product and team OKRs.
Ensure product viability and compliance to required controls like security, privacy, regulatory, etc
REQUIREMENTS|SKILLS
Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent experience.
3+ years of product planning and product operations experience.
High performance in product management capacity bringing new products and innovations to the market.
Ability to formulate competitive analysis and product requirement documents.
Proven teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Ability to balance strategy and execution, with excellent critical thinking skills.
Will be comfortable with technical details and capable of having credible conversations with engineers.
